marketStreamlive: Supported devices

Currently there are three available versions of marketStream, a Blackberry proprietary application, a Personal Java version and a midP version will be coming soon. (nb. your wireless provider will need to activate your device for WAP to use the midP version)

Note: Devices may need extra software to allow the Personal Java client to work with them, these include the PocketPC, iPAQ & XDA's. These devices do not necessarily come with Java pre-installed.

Your device may come with a Personal Java installer bundled with the software CD's that came with it. Check the documentation and CD contents for your mobile device for further information.

If your mobile device does not come with a Personal Java VM, you will have to purchase/download one for yourself. Two of the recommended and tested Personal Java implementations currently available, and links to their respective download locations are: Esmertec JEODE and NSICom CrEme
